Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Tualatin, OR is hiring a driver/merchandiser to support store locations with local deliveries and merchandising. You will use your personal vehicle with gas mileage reimbursement and maintain product placement across aisles, working alongside Route Sales Representatives.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A retention bonus of $2,000 is available for eligible hires, and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (gas mileage reimbursement).
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
