PepsiCo Inc. in Tualatin, OR is seeking a route sales/merchandising teammate to support store-level execution. The role involves driving a personal vehicle, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively throughout the store.

You'll work a variable schedule with a 4:00 AM start, receive mileage reimbursement, and join a high-energy team with on-the-job training and benefits. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Formación

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).

Minimum Qualifications

Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

What You'll Do

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store


• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives


• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)


• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
