Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Sauk Rapids, MN is hiring for a route sales support role. You will drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations, stock shelves, and merchandise PepsiCo brands like Lay's and Doritos to ensure product visibility and availability.

The position requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You’ll work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule starting early each day, with mileage reimbursement and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Quick Look

• Pay: $21.80 per hour
• Location: Sauk Rapids, MN
• Work Days: Tuesday-Saturday
• Start Time: 5am
• End Time: When work is completed for the day.

Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

What You’ll Do

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
