Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to visit various store locations in your territory. You will ensure attractive flower displays, restock inventory, and report activities via mobile device. Strong English and reliable transportation are required.

Flexible schedule includes Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays with approximately 1 hour per visit. Training is provided, with transportation reimbursement and benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive
• Restock and monitor flower inventory

• Prepare stores for peak seasonal periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments
• Support teammates during special activities

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Salary: $45.00 per visit
