Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to join our team, visiting stores across your territory to ensure displays are immaculate and inviting. You will restock, adjust inventories, and use a mobile device to report activities to your supervisor.

This role includes paid training, a route-based schedule, and opportunities to collaborate with local teams during festive seasons, while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently, while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 17.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30am

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Daily Commitment:

• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements
