Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to ensure displays are immaculate and attractive, restock inventory, and engage customers. You will visit stores on a planned route and report activities using a mobile device.

Compensation is $35.00 per visit with paid training and a mobile phone allowance; full-time employees may access medical, dental, and vision benefits. Availability during peak season (Nov–May) is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
