Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple store locations. The role focuses on immaculate flower displays, restocking, and inventory management, with a mid-morning schedule across several days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: While you will work independently, you will support teammates with special activities when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00am to 1:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:30am

This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:

• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
