Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple stores within your territory. You will ensure flowers are displayed to delight shoppers, restock inventory, and report activities via a mobile device. Travel across stores is required and training is provided.

You will interact with store staff and customers, work independently yet collaborate with local teams to optimize displays, and assist during peak seasons with festive merchandising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone required.
• Availability to work during peak season (Nov–May).

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate and attractive flower displays in each store.
• Restock and organize flower inventory across routes.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support festive-season preparations for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Work independently while coordinating with local teams to optimize displays.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 18.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday From 7:00AM to 9:30AM

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
