Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to brighten stores with fresh floral displays across our territory. You will maintain attractive setups, restock inventory, and report activities using a mobile device. This role rewards attention to detail and friendly interactions with customers and staff.

Training is provided, and you will work typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings, with seasonal peak periods in November through May demanding reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Availability to work during peak season (Nov–May).

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate and attractive flower displays in each store visit.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Communicate with supervisor via mobile device and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Assist with festive-season displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Support team with special activities while working independently.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am to 11:30am

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
