Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple stores within your territory. You will ensure displays are attractive, restock inventory, and report activities via a mobile device.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During Festive Seasons: Ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00am to 10:30am and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:30am

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

Physical Requirements

This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
