Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple locations within your territory. You will ensure beautiful flower displays, restock inventory, and communicate with supervisors via mobile device.

The role includes festive-season support and a paid training program to become an expert in flower handling. Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, with reliable transportation and access to internet and a smartphone.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 18.75 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 7:00AM to 10:30AM

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
