Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to oversee and enhance floral displays at various locations. You will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty of flower arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective display techniques.

Your responsibilities will include restocking inventory, communicating effectively with teams, and participating in department resets during festive seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are essential for this role.

What We Offer

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00am to 11:30am.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons: During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
