Job summary

Falcon Farms is looking for a part-time Flower Merchandiser to ensure beautiful, immaculate displays in stores across your territory. You will restock, organize inventory, and use a mobile device to report activities to your supervisor.

The role offers pay of $17.00 per hour, a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule from 7:00am to 10:30am and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:30am, paid training, a phone allowance, and transportation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare each store for festive demand during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
