Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to brighten our customers' stores by ensuring attractive floral displays. The role involves visiting various locations within your territory and working independently with local teams to optimize inventory and displays.

Key responsibilities include restocking, maintaining pristine displays, and communicating with supervisors via mobile device. The position offers paid training, a per-hour rate, and benefits for full-time staff;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 18.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00am to 1:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:30am

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
