Location: Various locations within your territory.

As a Flower Merchandiser you will directly impact every store you visit, ensuring our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

What We Offer

• Pay: $18.90 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons: During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork: While you work independently, you will support teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
