Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc is seeking a part‑time Flower Merchandiser to light up stores with beautiful flower displays. You'll ensure that displays are attractive and well-stocked while communicating with your supervisor using your mobile device.

The position includes a flexible schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, alongside responsibilities during festive seasons to prepare stores for customer demand. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift items.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment
  • Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
  • Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
  • Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
  • Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons
  • During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, prepare each store for the festive demand.
• Department Resets
  • Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork
  • While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
