Job summary

Falcon Farms is looking for a part-time Flower Merchandiser to join their team in various locations, including Hot Springs, Arkansas. In this role, you will ensure floral displays are attractive and stock inventory accordingly. Working Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings, you will communicate effectively with your supervisor and engage professionally with customers. Reliable transportation and a smartphone are necessary. The position offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour along with training and potential benefits for full-time.

Location: Various locations within your territory.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Pay: $16.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
