Falcon Farms Inc. in the floriculture industry is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser. You will visit multiple stores within your territory to ensure floral displays are attractive and well-stocked.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive daily.
• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons for high-demand periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).
• Set up new displays and adjust inventory during department resets.
• Work independently while supporting teammates on special activities.

What We Offer

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment: Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons: Ensure each store is prepared for demand during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in department resets: Set up new displays and adjust inventory when necessary.
• Work independently but support teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
