Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc is seeking a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser in Corona, California. In this role, you will ensure that flower displays are immaculate, restock inventory, and communicate with your supervisor using a mobile device. The position offers a pay rate of $18 per hour, and you'll work a flexible schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Must have reliable transportation and be available during peak seasons.

What We Offer

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m.

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
