Job Overview

JOIN FALCON FARMS AS A PART-TIME FLOWER MERCHANDISER! Location: Various locations within your territory. As a Flower Merchandiser you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

What We Offer

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30am
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling

Responsibilities

• Face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients
• Work independently but collaborate with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) ensuring each store is prepared for demand
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary
• Support teammates with special activities when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
• Walk and stand for most of the shift

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
• Internet access and a smartphone
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
