Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to ensure displays are immaculate and attractive across stores. You will restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory while communicating with your supervisor via mobile device.

Experience with customer-facing roles is a plus, and you will participate in festive-ready setups during peak seasons. Training is provided and route-based work applies to this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Daily commitment to keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• During peak dates (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Assist with setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 17.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00AM to11:00AM

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:

• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
