Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to support store displays across multiple locations within your territory. The role focuses on presenting beautiful florals and keeping displays fresh during peak season.

You will work on a consistent schedule 7:00am–12:00pm on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat, with responsibilities including display upkeep, inventory restocking, and professional interaction with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate and attractive flower displays.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

What We Offer

• Pay: $ 16.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7:00am to 12:00pm

Your Responsibilities

• Daily Commitment:
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets:
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
• While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements
