Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple stores within the designated territory and ensure flowers are showcased to delight shoppers.

You will handle restocking, inventory checks, and display resets, while using mobile tools to report activities and stay connected with the team. This role emphasizes independent work with local collaboration, especially during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Energy and willingness to perform physical tasks.
• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.

What We Offer

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Your Responsibilities

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Daily Commitment
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.

• Support During Festive Seasons
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Department Resets
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork
• While you will work independently, support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
