Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser Floater to work independently in retail stores across Illinois.

You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, restock Hallmark products, maintain inventory levels, and build retailer relationships while representing the Hallmark brand in a professional manner. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour with paid training and voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays; may include weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocations, and remodeling tasks with notice; evenings or weekends possible.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
