Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work in multiple retail locations across Indiana.

You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, manage inventory, and assist store teams during seasonal resets and installations. This part-time, variable-schedule role requires 18+ years of age, ability to read and understand English, and the physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds (50 pounds occasionally).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours during major holidays and weekends as needed.
• Department Resets: participate in installations, remodels, and repositioning of card sections with advance notice.
