Coca-Cola Consolidated in Clayton, NC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms with safe handling. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores in the Clayton area.

This route requires communicating with store management, maintaining displays, and ensuring product rotation. Flexible shifts include morning, afternoon, and evening slots to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to meet diverse customer demands.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display area as needed.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and ensures correct product rotation.
• Organizes back room and manages pallets, shells, and damaged goods.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel and discusses opportunities and programs.
