Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced merchandisers to support in-store merchandising programs across California. You will execute planograms, resets, and new store sets while keeping displays fresh and properly shelved.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth into team lead roles. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail merchandising or reset experience.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting.
• Available for weekend and weekday assignments.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
