Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced merchandisers to support in-store programs across California. You will execute planograms, resets and new store sets, maintain displays, and report on stock and pricing using our mobile app.

Flexible scheduling lets you pick assignments that fit your calendar. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with opportunities to advance into team lead roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or resets (1+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for mobile reporting.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Available for weekend and weekday assignments.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
