Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced merchandisers to support in-store programs across California. You’ll execute planograms, resets, and new store sets while maintaining displays and shelf placement.

Flexible assignments and competitive pay ($17-$20 per hour) allow you to work around your schedule. This role offers growth into team lead or management as you build relationships with store staff and report via our mobile app.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail merchandising or reset experience.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting.
• Available for weekend and weekday assignments.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
