Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced merchandisers to join our retail field team in California. You will execute planograms, resets, and new store sets, while maintaining product displays and accurate shelf placement.

Flexibility is valued: choose assignments that fit your schedule, reporting via our mobile app, and opportunities to grow into team lead roles. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and resets.
• Ability to read and execute planograms accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
