Job summary

American Greetings in Wisconsin is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to service multiple retail locations on a single route. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap and party goods, ensuring organized backrooms and tidy shelves.

You’ll work independently across stores, manage time and scheduling, and interact with store staff during daytime hours. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule includes peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to access multiple locations.
• Reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Able to learn and use the company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime retail hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
