Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in local retail stores, restocking Hallmark products and maintaining displays while building relationships with store teams. You’ll manage inventory, handle seasonal resets, and support installations as needed, representing Hallmark in the field.

You will work 10–12 hours per week on a variable schedule, with occasional weekend availability and holiday support.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department; use technology to report time and provide feedback; maintain Hallmark product displays.
• Holiday support: handle seasonal demand with additional days and extended hours; may work on holiday itself.
• Department Resets: assist with installations and remodeling tasks; notify two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
