Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hiring a Merchandiser responsible for stocking Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts, ensuring displays, end caps, racks and coolers are always full for customers. You will monitor date codes and rotate products to maintain freshness, and you will collaborate with store teams to meet planograms.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field is required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Experience with pallet jacks and high loader lifts; powered industrial truck certification may be required.
• Basic computer applications and technology skills; able to use a smartphone and/or laptop.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by moving products from backroom to sales floor.
• Assemble or modify product displays and signage; keep space clean and remove damaged items.
• Manage backroom inventory; coordinate with store account manager; apply FIFO for timely sales.
• Process damaged products, re-pack, organize backroom materials, rotate stock weekly.
• Communicate with team after each account via Teams and provide recap photos.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
