Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products according to procedures and programs; moves products between floor and cold vault.
• Fills and merchandises coolers and displays on sales floor as needed.
• Organizes back room cooler and manages stock, returns and disposal of old items.
• Builds business relationships with store personnel through proactive follow-up on requests and opportunities.
