Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple accounts. You will follow planograms, move inventory from backroom to display, and create displays in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room and stacks products by package and flavor; manages pallets and damaged goods.
• Engages with store personnel to discuss requests, pricing, and upcoming programs.
