Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products attractively at customer retail locations. This role services multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and following planograms and quality guidelines.

Join our team to build relationships with store personnel, manage displays, and support timely restocking. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong communication, and a customer‑service mindset. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have strong interpersonal skills to meet varied customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking skills and reliability with company-provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials; checks vendors for proper operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product and handling returns/damaged items.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and programs.
