Job summary

Menehune Water Company, Hawaii’s own water distribution company, is seeking a hands-on role to support merchandising, delivery, and production operations. You will stock retail locations, assist with deliveries, and help in production/warehouse tasks as needed.

The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid Hawaii driver’s license, and the ability to work across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is helpful but not required, and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail accounts to stock, rotate, and merchandise Menehune Water Company products.
• Build and maintain product displays that meet company standards.
• Check inventory levels and report low or out-of-stock situations.
• Maintain clean, organized shelf space and remove damaged or expired product.
• Operate a company vehicle to deliver product to assigned accounts.
• Load and unload product; lift and carry cases of water (up to 40 lbs).
• Complete daily delivery/visit reports and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety guidelines for vehicle operation and product handling.
• Assist with bottling, packaging, or warehouse production tasks as assigned.
• Support inventory staging, palletizing, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe production/warehouse work area.

We're looking for a hardworking, versatile team member to support our merchandising, delivery, and production operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, multi-function role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and doesn't mind switching between tasks throughout the day. You'll help keep our products stocked at retail locations, support delivery routes, and assist with production/warehouse operations as needed.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple types of tasks
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior merchandising, delivery, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check (required for military base access, if applicable)
• Flexibility to work early mornings; occasional weekend availability a plus
