The role involves rotating stock, placing products on displays, and creating POS materials to boost visibility. You will work with store personnel to maximize opportunities in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills for diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving.
• Company provided cell phone will be issued.

Responsabilités

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and maintains shelves.
• Organizes back room and stacks products by package and flavor.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel and supports requests and programs.
