Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED in Lafayette, LA seeks a Merchandiser to build compelling displays, replenish shelves and ensure correct placement of Coca-Cola and partner equipment. You’ll rotate stock, maintain product integrity, and work closely with store staff to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements include a minimum 18 years of age, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
• Previous Merchandising experience preferred.
• PPE compliance and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves and cold equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and ensure proper setup.
• Maintain product integrity; keep coolers and racks clean and organized.
• Track breakage and out-of-date product; collect shells and pallets.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
