Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Columbus, IN is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products across grocery and beverage outlets on assigned routes. This role requires driving a personal vehicle, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using company systems for routing and checkout documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Title: Merchandiser

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, with a Morning StartPay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
