Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Westside Indy is seeking a Merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes at grocery outlets.

You will travel between backroom and floor with pallet jack or hand truck, and use company systems for routing, documentation, and account monitoring. Maintain backstock and ensure timely replenishment. Pay is $19/hour plus mileage and car allowance; benefits include vision, dental, life, 401k match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meet state age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver’s license; maintain driving record and insurance as required by company/state law.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Document execution by uploading photos of displays and backstock.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
