Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Carmel, IN. The role involves traveling to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate products, and ensure compliance with planograms on assigned routes.

This position offers a starting pay of $19/hour plus mileage and a car allowance. Benefits include vision, dental, life, and 401k match, PTO, potential OT eligibility, and growth opportunities after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet state age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and insurance meet policy minimums.
• Able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting in-store execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, with a Morning Start

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
