Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms or displays.
• Maintain merchandise display, ensure cleanliness, and update signage as needed.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Act as the main deterrent for shoplifting and ensure front floor security.
• Handle customer checkouts efficiently and courteously, including returns and transactions during busy periods.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good aptitude for number sequences, interpersonal communication, and organization.
• Desired: previous cashier or stock experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
