Job Responsibilities

1. Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
2. Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms or displays.
3. Maintain merchandise displays, ensure they are stocked, clean, and properly presented daily.
4. Make display changes as per company guidelines and update all pricing and sale signage accordingly.
5. Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
6. Act as the main deterrent against shoplifting and ensure front floor security.
7. Support with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
8. Clock in/out following company policy.

Cashier Duties

1. Check out customers efficiently and courteously, handling returns and purchases.
2. Assist customers at the register, including finishing tickets and processing payments when the express lane is busy.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for numerical sequences, interpersonal communication, and organization.
• Preferred: previous cashier or stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.
