Job summary

Pepsi of Worcester & Windham is seeking a hardworking Merchandiser to stock and rotate products in large volume stores across MA and CT. This on-site role involves lifting 10–40 lb cases, setting up displays, and moving stock from backroom to floor with equipment like pallet jacks.

You will ensure shelves look appealing and meet Pepsi standards. Applicants should be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and pass background, physical, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays.
• Rotate product in backroom and on shelf.
• Transport products between backroom and sales floor.
• Operate equipment such as U Boats, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Ensure back-room stock is neat and organized.
• Provide customer service and communicate issues to store managers.
• Follow Pepsi merchandising standards.
• Work independently and unsupervised.
