Job summary

Pepsi of Worcester & Windham is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Merchandiser to stock and rotate products in large-volume grocery, mass merchandiser stores, primarily Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. You will lift 10–40 lb cases repeatedly, set up displays, restock backrooms, and move products to the sales floor.

The role requires reliability, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, plus comfortable use of Windows and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass background check, drug screening and physical.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean three-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with product.
• Rotate product in backroom and on shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment (e.g. U Boats, pallet jacks, hand trucks) to transport products.
• Keep back-room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Follow merchandising standards set forth by Pepsi policy.
• Deliver customer service (e.g. communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs).
• Ability to operate independently and unsupervised.
