The role involves moving products from backroom to shelves, creating POS materials, and coordinating with store staff to seize opportunities and ensure compliance with guidelines. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with varied customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf.
• Rotates product and checks vendor operation for Fastlane merchandisers.
• Maintains back room organization and handles damaged/out-of-date products.
• Interfaces with store personnel to discuss requests, pricing, and upcoming activities.
