Job summary

PepsiCo in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a merchandiser to stock and rotate PepsiCo products in local stores and ensure displays and promotions are set up properly. You will move product from backrooms to sales floors, maintain orderly backrooms, and collaborate with store teams to meet daily needs.

This role requires lifting 20–45 lb repeatedly, bending and squatting, and may involve working early shifts and holidays. Training will be provided, and health benefits are part of the full-time package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
