Job summary

PepsiCo in Midland, TX is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to stock and rotate PepsiCo brands across local stores. You’ll build and maintain displays, ensure shelves are full, and coordinate with store teams to support promotions.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo brands in local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and keep backroom neat and safe.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, and assist with daily order records.

Quick Look Pay: $23.35 per hour Location: Midland, TX Work Days: Sat-Wed Start Time: 10pm End Time: 6am or Until finished

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.
• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
