Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a merchandiser to stock shelves and maintain displays in Detroit Lakes, MN. You will rotate products for freshness, move stock from backroom to sales floor, and support store promotions.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving between locations, and occasional holiday work. You will partner with store teams, maintain accurate records with handheld devices, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older as required by job posting.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple locations within shift.
• Ability to lift, load, push and pull cases 20–45 lbs repeatedly over 10–12 hours.
• Ability to bend, reach and squat; willingness to work holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores.
• Stock shelves, coolers and displays; ensure freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and maintain neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials.
• Coordinate with store teams and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
